Registered Nurse - Hospice

Pay: $80-$95k

Location: South Austin (preferably Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs) — this role requires the nurse to be in the field with occasional meetings in north Austin.

Summary:
Provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes within South Austin. Manageable caseload, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and supporting families. Flexible remote work with a supportive team.

Requirements:

• Texas RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact
• 2+ year hospice nursing experience; mental health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation within South Austin area
• Compassionate with strong communication skills

• Conduct assessments and create care plans
• Educate patients and families
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team
• Document care accurately
• Manage a weekly visit schedule with on-call support
