AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join an established, high-performing Neurosurgery practice serving East Volusia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mission-aligned APP seeking a collaborative neurosurgery role with dedicated physician support and the opportunity to grow within a respected health system.

Practice Highlights

• Clinical-focused neurosurgery position with some OR responsibilities

• Established neurosurgery practice with strong physician collaboration

• Dedicated office space and experienced support staff

• Approximately 13–15 patients per day
\n
• Call 1–2 weekends per month

Ideal Candidate

• APRN or PA-C
\n
• 3+ years of APP experience preferred
\n
• Neurosurgery and stroke experience preferred
\n
• Fellowship training in Neurosurgery is a plus
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Mission-aligned clinician who enjoys working collaboratively in a clinical-focused neurosurgery practice
\n
