\nWhat You'll Do:\n
\n

\n
• Operate rubber molding presses (injection, compression, transfer)
\n
• Load raw materials and remove finished parts from presses
\n
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
\n
• Remove defective parts and maintain accurate production counts
\n
• Keep work area clean and safe
\n
• Assist with minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments
\n

\nNo prior experience? No problem. We provide training!\n
\n
\n What We're Looking For:\n
\n

\n
• Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts
\n
• Comfortable with repetitive production work
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Basic mechanical aptitude
\n
• Reliable attendance
\n

\n
\n Shifts Available:\n
\n

• 2nd Shift
\n
• 3rd Shift
\n
• Overtime available (and unlimited!)
\n

\n Pay & Overtime:\n
\n

• $16.00 per hour starting pay
\n
• Time and a half on Saturdays
\n
• Double time on Sundays
\n
• Unlimited overtime opportunities
