\n6:00 AM - 3:30 PM -Monday-Friday\n
\n
\nSaturdays: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (as needed)\n
\n
\nJob Responsibilities\n
\nSet up and operate CNC Vertical Milling Machines with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls.\n
\nPerform production runs while maintaining quality and efficiency.\n
\nComplete first article inspections on machined parts.\n
\nLoad and unload materials using an overhead crane (training provided).\n
\nMake simple CNC program edits as needed.\n
\nDeburr and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications and tolerances.\n
\nSelect the appropriate tooling for each machining job.\n
\nUse precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers.\n
\nIdentify and troubleshoot machining issues.\n
\nRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.\n
\nWork independently while maintaining quality and production standards.\n
\n
\nRequirements\n
\nMinimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience, including machine setup and operation.\n
\nExperience operating vertical milling machines preferred.\n
\nFamiliarity with Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi controls.\n
\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints.\n
\nExperience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.\n
\nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\n
\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\n
\nSteel toe boots and safety glasses required.\n
\nAbility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.\n
\nDependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.\n
