Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students in an Adaptive Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) Program for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position offers a set schedule of 32.5 hours per week, providing essential BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) services to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. You’ll work within a dedicated team setting, focusing on students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities, helping them grow in communication, social skills, sensory regulation, and academic achievement.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ABA principles within school or pediatric settings
  • Comfort working with learners with a variety of communication, sensory, and social needs
  • Strong collaborative approach for partnering with educators and support staff
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Supervise, train, and support staff in implementing ABA strategies and the program’s behavioral supports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student progress, communication, and generalization of skills
  • Collect and analyze data to drive decision-making and adjust interventions as needed
