Compensation W2 Hospital-Employed 40hrs/week

• Base Salary: $310,000 guaranteed

• Total Compensation Potential: $310,000$600,000+

• Signing Bonus / Student Support: $100,000 (structured over 15 years)

• Paid Time Off: 368 hours annually (8 weeks vacation/CME plus paid holidays)

• CME & Board Certification Allowance: $4,000 annually

• Overtime (Over 40 Hours): $225/hour callback rate

• Vacation Payout: Up to 80 hours at hourly rate

Position Details

• Required Skills: Peripheral nerve blocks, pediatrics, and IV regional blocks (training available for new grads)
\n
• No call, no weekends, and no holidays
\n
• MondayFriday schedule, 58s, 7:00am-3:30pm
\n
• Practice with a high degree of autonomy and independence
\n
• Overtime opportunities available
\n
• Diverse case mix including ENT, endoscopy, general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cataracts, pediatrics, podiatry, and ophthalmology
\n
• Freestanding ambulatory surgery center: 4 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and multiple procedure rooms
\n
• Currently operating 46 rooms daily with growth potential
\n
• Work alongside highly skilled, collaborative surgeons and experienced OR staff in a collegial environment
