\n TeamHealth is seeking a dynamic and experienced, or aspiring, OB/GYN hospitalist leader to serve as facility medical director. This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving clinical excellence and shaping the future of women?s health services at a state-of-the-art facility.

Your Role

• Oversee the OB/GYN hospitalist team and clinical operations
\n
• Foster strong, trusted relationships across the practice and hospital teams
\n
• Partner with leadership to align goals and strategies
\n
• Labor and delivery management
\n
• Coverage for unassigned OB patients
\n
• OBED and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN
\n
• Serve at Arkansas' largest nonprofit hospital, home to a Level III NICU and the region's primary transfer center
\n

\n- Highly competitive rate: $220 hourly\n
\n- Double coverage on all shifts\n
\n- Sign-on bonus: Up to $40,000 for qualified candidates\n
\n- Relocation bonus available\n
