Production Associate Job Details

Hampshire, IL | Monday – Saturday | $18 | 6am - 6pm

• Overtime mandatory

Production Associate Requirements

• Ability to work a 6-day-per-week schedule with extended production hours
• Ability to work in a cold production/manufacturing environment for extended periods
• Steel toe or composite toe boots required
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed

About the Production Associate Role

As a Production Associate , your responsibilities will include:

• Packing finished meat products according to production specifications
• Palletizing products for storage, shipment, or further processing
• Staging products and materials throughout the production process
• Assisting with production machinery and equipment operations
• Supporting meat processing and manufacturing activities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within production areas
• Cleaning raw product storage rooms and workstations
• Removing empty boxes, trash, and production debris from work areas
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
• Completing all job duties safely, efficiently, and accurately
