Physical Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to assist residents within our senior living community. In this role, you will assess mobility needs, create tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies aimed at improving safety, independence, and overall quality of life for our residents.

You will collaborate closely with nursing staff and care teams to provide:

• Gait training
• Balance and fall-prevention programs
• Pain management strategies
• Education for residents and their families
