Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients throughout their lifespan, addressing operational matters during your shift.
• Deliver clinical care as necessary based on patient census demands.
• Effectively communicate patient care updates, departmental challenges, and staff issues to the relevant leadership.
• Act as a resource for staff, offering guidance and support as needed.

Essential Education:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Experience:

• A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is necessary.

Licensure and Certification:

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or an NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is advantageous.
• Advanced certification in a relevant specialty area is a plus.
• Proven clinical competency is essential.
