Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic educational setting near Red Rock, AZ. Experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC required) with a passion for working in school environments are encouraged to apply for a full-time, full school year position serving three high schools. The primary caseload is centered at one high school, supported by a small group of students from two additional sites, offering both continuity and variety in your daily work.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and active CCC-SLP certification
  • Valid and active standard Arizona certification for SLP
  • Possession of an active IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Experience serving students with a range of needs, from articulation disorders to ASD and adaptive cluster programs
  • Prior work in school settings and with adolescents preferred
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to a caseload of 60-70 high school students with mild to severe disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique speech and language goals
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to foster student progress and success
  • Travel between three designated high school locations as part of your itinerant assignment
  • Conduct assessments, maintain records, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as required
  • Serve as a resource for staff on issues related to communication disorders and intervention strategies
