Step into a rewarding contract position serving students in multiple school environments near Baltimore, MD. This dynamic opportunity is ideal for fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellows (CFYs) eager to make a difference across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Work onsite within a collaborative, supportive educational network and tailor your schedule by combining vacancies for a full-time role.

Available assignments include varying week schedules at Forest Ridge ES, Swansfield ES, Elkridge Landing MS, Hammond MS, Howard HS, and Wilde Lake HS—with the potential for a split full-time placement between Wilde Lake HS and Howard HS. Your work will begin August 10, 2026 and extend through June 9, 2027, at 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland SLP license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; clinical fellows (CFYs) considered
  • Recent experience in school-based settings a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Flexibility to serve multiple sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite
  • Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to support academic and social outcomes
  • Maintain timely, accurate caseload documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and communicate progress with all relevant stakeholders
  • Adapt to multiple school environments and manage a diverse caseload
