Home Infusion Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Westerville, Ohio

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This direct hire opportunity seeks an experienced pharmacy professional to manage and lead operations in a home infusion pharmacy setting. The role requires a strong background in pharmacy management with a significant emphasis on training, staff orientation, and clinical oversight of intravenous therapies administered in patients' homes.

Location: Westerville, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexible scheduling and administrative on-call responsibilities
Start Date: ASAP

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and managing on-call schedules
• Ensure full compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding guidelines
• Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies by working collaboratively with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care
• Drive branch profitability through budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license for the state of Ohio
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience, preferably in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation standards
• Proven leadership skills managing pharmacy teams with a focus on training and development
• Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems is highly preferred
