Special Education Teacher – SEAL / PALS Programs
Location: Tempe, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to support students in the SEAL and PALS programs in Tempe, AZ. These positions will provide specialized instruction and individualized support within a self-contained classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction based on individual student needs and IEP goals.
Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lessons.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Support students' academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional needs.
Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, families, and school administration.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs.
Maintain a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements
Special Education teaching experience required/preferred.
Arizona Special Education certification/licensure preferred.
Must be comfortable working in a self-contained classroom.
Experience supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs preferred.
Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
