Step into a rewarding school-based role working as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) supporting students in a collaborative, engaging environment near Hartford, CT. There are three openings to cover the following assignments:

  • Green-Hills PreK: 08.24.2026 to 11.13.2026
  • Chippens Hill Middle School: 08.27.2026 through the end of November
  • Mountain View: 08.27.2026 to 11.23.2026

All positions are full-time at 35 hours per week and require onsite presence. Ideal candidates possess expertise in school-based SLP services and thrive in educational settings.

Qualifications:

  • Active CT SLP-CCC license (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering a collaborative, positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, or communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for intervention planning
