Warehouse Team Leader Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, loading, shipping, and inventory control.
• Supervise, train, and assign daily tasks to warehouse staff while ensuring safety and productivity.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, verify orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate a forklift and assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse while reporting daily activities and operational concerns.

Warehouse Team Leader Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred, with the ability to train and guide team members.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and coordinating warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience required; ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify orders, maintain accuracy, and solve operational issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
