• Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
\n
• Overtime available on Fridays (½ day)
\n
• Direct Hire Position
\n

\nWhat You'll Do\n
\n

\n
• Set up and change over progressive dies on stamping presses
\n
• Remove and install dies while ensuring proper alignment
\n
• Adjust feed mechanisms and press settings
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints
\n
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
\n
• Troubleshoot stamping equipment during production
\n
• Complete setup documentation and production paperwork
\n
• Ensure parts meet quality specifications before full production begins
\n

\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\n
\n• Previous die setting experience in a metal stamping environment\n
\n• Experience with progressive dies and stamping presses\n
\n• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings\n
\n• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment\n
\n• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills\n
\n• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds\n
\n• Steel-toe boots required\n
\n
