Key Responsibilities \n

- Learn differences between various drinking water and softener products and their components \n
- Assemble products according to daily production schedules and job instructions \n
- Test assembled products to ensure quality standards are met \n
- Package finished products per specifications \n
- Cross-train on multiple product lines \n
- Scan work orders to record completion and manage inventory \n
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace \n
- Communicate with supervisors regarding stock, missing parts, or process questions

- Develop skills to perform repetitive assembly tasks across product lines \n
- Maintain quality standards with 5% or fewer errors \n
- Meet pace and daily production goals \n
- Demonstrate increasing independence in assembly processes \n

Qualifications \n

- High School Diploma or GED required (or 1 year of similar experience) \n
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions \n
- Good mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools \n
- Comfortable working with small parts \n
- Basic computer skills \n
- Strong organizational and communication skills \n
- Reliable, positive attitude, and flexible approach \n
