Job Opportunity: Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery Physician to join our dedicated team of 10 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers.

Essential Qualifications
  • Completion of a fellowship and board certification or eligibility in Female/Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery is mandatory.
  • Preferred candidates will possess advanced skills in laparoscopic and robotic surgery.
  • A strong understanding of diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical methods for addressing female urinary incontinence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional evidence-based care in both office and surgical settings.
  • Evaluate and manage a variety of urogynecological conditions, including office-based procedures, vaginal surgeries, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
  • Participate in our outreach program, which spans 15 community locations and operates across 6 facilities, ensuring patient access to our specialized services.
  • Engage in mentorship and teaching of residents and fellows who regularly rotate through our program, supported by a robust fellowship initiative.
  • Participate in a call schedule primarily for fellow support, which includes approximately 4-5 weekends annually and 1-2 weekdays each month.
  • Explore extensive research opportunities across all facets of Urogynecology.
