  • Realize Your Potential as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse
  • Develop, implement, and assess individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Supervise the care provided by nursing and other staff on the assigned unit/shift.
  • Communicate and collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document patient care and any changes in their condition, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities when required and as assigned.
  • Educate patients and caregivers about tests, procedures, treatments, and medications in clear terms.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, representing the nursing department and sharing observations.
  • Implement emergency responses in crisis situations in the absence of senior management.
  • Conduct at least two in-service training sessions annually.
  • Engage in identifying and addressing training needs for nursing development.

Qualifications

  • Valid RN license as mandated by state regulations.
  • Current RN licensure in accordance with state laws.
  • CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
  • CRRN® certification is mandatory.
  • Preferred two years of experience in an inpatient hospital environment.
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
