Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in the Tanner, AL . This role is ideal for a handson leader who can balance administrative responsibilities with active warehouse floor oversight in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Lead, train, and support warehouse personnel
  • Manage scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking
  • Operate and supervise use of forklifts and materialhandling equipment
  • Maintain inventory records using Microsoft Office
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience
  • Equipment Operator experience (sitdown, standup, reach truck, pallet jack)
  • Familiarity with WMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands of warehouse work
Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
  • Overtime may be required
  • Occasional afterhours customer support
  • Fulltime, onsite role
  • Fastpaced operational environment
Pay
  • $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
