Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives during the 2026-2027 school year as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time opportunity offers you 37.5 hours per week, onsite only, as you step into a vital role supporting students’ communication and language development across high school, middle school, and elementary levels. You’ll have the unique opportunity to provide direct and collaborative services, replacing prior virtual staff to ensure students receive the personalized, in-person care they need.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington SLP License, or the willingness to obtain one before your start date
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Must be able to pass fingerprinting through OSPI or be willing to complete this process
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
  • Design individualized education plans (IEPs) and consult with educational teams
  • Document and report student progress, maintaining compliance with all regulations
  • Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
  • Provide group and individual therapy tailored to diverse developmental needs
