Overview:
Mechanic
Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience
Shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a mechanically inclined, hands-on individual to join our team as a Mechanical Technician. This is a teammate-to-hire opportunity with room for growth and advancement for the right person.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with tools, troubleshooting equipment, and solving mechanical problems. Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, production, or maintenance environment is highly valued.
What You'll Do
Operate and work with a variety of hand and power tools
Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting machinery and equipment
Identify and resolve basic mechanical issues
Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and repairs
Work safely around industrial equipment and machinery
Help keep equipment operating efficiently and minimize downtime
Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
Work as part of a team to complete maintenance and production-related tasks
What We're Looking For
We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with:
Hand tools and power tools
Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Machinery or industrial equipment
Manufacturing or production environments
Equipment maintenance or repair
Mechanical, automotive, construction, or similar hands-on work
Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued. Formal maintenance experience is not necessarily required for the right candidate if you have solid hands-on experience and enjoy figuring out how things work.
