Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist who has completed fellowship training in Endourology and Stone Disease. This is a remarkable chance to establish and expand a regional referral practice focused on the comprehensive treatment of urinary stone disease, all while being part of one of the leading integrated health systems in the nation.
The selected candidate will be instrumental in creating a high-volume stone program that caters to patients throughout Central Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team dedicated to achieving exceptional patient outcomes.
Position Highlights- Lead and develop a regional referral program specializing in complex stone disease.
- Engage in a high procedural volume with immediate access to a vast referral network.

- Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including:
- Flexible digital ureteroscopy
- Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL)
- Mini-PCNL capabilities
- Holmium and thulium fiber laser technology
- Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
- Work collaboratively with experienced urologists and advanced practice providers.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and education for residents and students.

- MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Preferred fellowship training in Endourology, Minimally Invasive Urologic Surgery, or Stone Disease.
- Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Expertise in advanced stone management techniques, including ureteroscopy, PCNL, and complex stone reconstruction.
