The Estimator will play a key role in providing accurate cost estimates for commercial and municipal construction projects in Rock Hill, SC. Description Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope and requirements. Identify and source materials, labor, and equipment costs for projects. Prepare detailed bid proposals and ensure timely submission. Review and update cost estimates based on project changes or developments. Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing. Monitor market trends and construction industry developments to refine estimating processes. Support project teams during pre-construction and project execution phases. Profile A successful Estimator should have: Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials in commercial and municipal projects. Proficiency in cost estimation tools and software. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail. Experience in the business services industry, specifically in construction.
