Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to work as a 0.4 FTE Onsite School Psychologist, providing essential psychological services in an engaging, collaborative educational setting. You’ll be based onsite and work closely with students, educators, and families to foster positive learning outcomes.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license required
- Experience working within a school or educational setting
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
- Willingness to work onsite (client prefers onsite, but open to onsite School Social Worker if needed)
- Resume must accompany the application
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group assessments, including psychological evaluations
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans
- Consult with educators and parents regarding student progress and strategies
- Participate in special education eligibility meetings and IEP development
- Support the school’s multi-tiered system of supports
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and state policies
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule: work 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027. You’ll serve schools in the Anoka and Champlin areas, making a direct impact on local students.
