Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in New Hampshire
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
  • Expertise in evaluating functional physical development and self-regulation in children
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both students and staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough student assessments focused on functional skills and self-regulation to support student well-being and academic participation
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and facilitate appropriate student placement within the educational environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to set measurable goals and incorporate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
  • Identify and address environmental barriers, providing actionable recommendations for accessible classrooms and inclusive learning experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all school and state requirements
