\nShift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Sunday - Wednesday\n

\nJob Duties\n
\n

  • Operate rubber injection molding presses
  • \n
  • Inspect parts for quality and defects
  • \n
  • Trim, package, and prepare products for shipment
  • \n
  • Follow production schedules and safety procedures
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • \n
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals
  • \n

\nRequirements\n

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
  • \n
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • \n
  • Ability to work in a dirty rubber production environment
  • \n
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • \n
