Position: RN Acute CareWe are in search of a full-time Acute Care RN to become part of the Surgery/Bariatric unit at our medical center. This role involves working the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.

- Availability to work from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for three days a week.
- Must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Hold a valid GA or Compact Nursing License, BLS certification, and have at least two years of RN experience.
The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers, ensuring that patients, families, and significant others receive personalized, high-quality, and safe care. This role operates within a clinical environment managed by Nurse Managers and supported by our Shared Governance Model. The practice framework is guided by our Professional Practice Model and evidence-based research. All RN competencies are derived from these models and are aligned with our organizational values.

- Coordinate safe, quality patient care and maintain timely documentation.

- Complete all required competency assessments and ongoing education.
- Act as a preceptor or mentor for other nurses and staff to ensure a qualified workforce.

- Engage in data collection and consult experts to address clinical questions.

- Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum.

- Adhere to all organizational policies, work standards, and code of conduct.
- Minimum Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum Experience: Less than one year of experience is required; direct patient care experience is preferred.
- Registered Nurse (Single State) required.
- RN - Multi-state Compact required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
