Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the store operations team to drive associate engagement and communicate company strategies to pharmacy staff.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all prescriptions by performing Drug Utilization Reviews and final quality assurance per state and federal regulations.
• Manage departmental profitability by promoting clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Work closely with management to control inventory, analyze weekly sales, and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demands.
• Align department objectives with key performance metrics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with medical inquiries and healthcare counseling.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff; oversee training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain security protocols within the pharmacy and ensure department cleanliness and organization.
• Handle customer concerns to build trust and maintain loyalty.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and utilize references to resolve prescription issues promptly.
• Oversee daily pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and managing will-calls.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
