Speech Language Pathologist in Rillito, AZ

This contract-based opportunity focuses on providing speech and language services across three high school campuses, with most of your work concentrated at Mountain View High School. You'll collaborate with educational teams and families to help students reach their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Valid Arizona standard certification for SLP practice in educational settings
• Active IVP fingerprint clearance card, required prior to start
• Experience supporting students with a range of needs, from mild articulation disorders to more complex disabilities including ASD and adaptive cluster programs
• Comfort with an itinerant schedule and ability to travel between school sites

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 60-70 students, with a majority at Mountain View High School and the remainder at Vista and MCAT campuses
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, documenting progress and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Adapt service delivery methods to meet a spectrum of needs, from mild to severe disabilities
• Work full-time during the school year while supporting student participation and achievement
