Gastroenterology, GI Opportunity to join an EXPANDING GI practice in the South

Baptist Medical Group is looking for general gastroenterologists to help us expand our current practice into our sister hospital, located 15 minutes from downtown Memphis. The need exists due to increasing patient demand in a relatively untapped market. There is a potential to earn over a $1,000,000 a year in compensation as several others in the group already exceed it.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Will join 7 other GI physicians in the group; incoming physician will be second physician at the suburban location (BMH Desoto: 339 bed hospital), though they will have the full support of the group
\n
• Position is for a general GI physician (ERCP preferred but not required) ERCP availability
\n
• Equipment includes Olympus scopes, MediVator washers, Scope Buddy in the washroom, and Irby argon gas and cauterizers for bleeds/ulcers
\n
• Strong referral base and immediate volume; large primary care network
\n
• Excellent medical, surgical, and critical care support
\n
• Call is 1:3 with hospitalist admitting unless urgent (Hospitalists are in house 24/7)

• Competitive compensation with sign on bonus and relocation assistance
