\n This full time, temp-to-hire assembly associate role offers growth opportunities, quarterly bonus, and long-term stability with a leading manufacturer. In this role, you’ll work with precision components, assembling and repairing wax molds using specialized tools. \n

\n Assembly Associate Job Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Assemble wax patterns by following step-by-step work instructions
    • \n
  • Inspect parts for defects such as cracks or imperfections and perform minor repairs
    • \n
  • Use hand tools and hot pencils to complete assembly tasks
    • \n
  • Measure and verify parts meet size and quality specifications
    • \n
  • Handle fragile materials carefully to maintain product integrity
    • \n

\n Schedule: Train on swing shifts, move to compressed weekend shift after training \n
\n
    \n
  • Swing: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
    • \n
  • Compressed Weekend shift: Friday - Sunday, 4am-4:30pm
    • \n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Pay: $22 per hour\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Assembly Associate Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • Experience in assembly and/or manufacturing environment preferred
    • \n
  • Ability to work with small, delicate parts with good attention to detail
    • \n
  • Able to follow written instructions or diagrams
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs with or without accommodations
    • \n
