Opportunity Overview
  • Two clinic locations available in Bloomingdale and Batavia, with potential future sites in Wheaton or Naperville.
  • 1:8 call schedule.
  • Deliveries conducted at Central DuPage Hospital.
  • Access to an outpatient surgical center and the ability to perform in-office procedures.
  • Level III NICU with in-house anesthesia services.
  • A robust internal referral network and collaborative partnerships across obstetrics, gynecology, and over 1,000 providers within our organization.
  • Competitive total compensation ranging from $350,000 to $500,000, including opportunities for financial bonuses, CME funds, and a shareholder track for equity eligibility.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $325,000 to $350,000, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $350,000 and $500,000.
