Our organization, a rapidly expanding healthcare system in south-central Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Adult Endocrinologist. This is a chance to join a thriving practice focused on managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, pituitary issues, osteoporosis, and menopause in an outpatient environment. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.
Opportunity Highlights:- Participate as a key member of the care team, providing telephone consultations to inpatient nurse practitioners for guidance and care discussions.
- Engage in a robust outpatient diabetes program with comprehensive support for insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and patient education.
- Contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technology for thyroid disease treatment, including in-office thyroid ultrasounds and biopsies.
- Maintain a strong partnership with the infusion center for endocrine testing and outpatient evaluations.
- Be involved in an osteoporosis and fracture prevention initiative.
- Explore opportunities for future clinical research endeavors.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.
- Completion of an Endocrinology Fellowship.
- Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.
