APPLY NOWKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will coordinate the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients across all stages of life, as well as manage operational matters during your shift. You will provide clinical care as needed based on patient census demands. Effective communication regarding patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns with the appropriate leadership is essential. You will also serve as a resource for guidance and support to your team.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Completion of a nursing program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or a NLC/eNLC Multistate License is required. BLS certification is also necessary.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to candidates with two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with advanced certification in a relevant specialty, if applicable. Demonstrated clinical competency is essential.
