Responsibilities

- Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and Relationship-Based Care model. \n
- Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team. \n
- Utilize critical thinking to address clinical, safety, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. \n
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction. \n

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance patient care. \n
- Utilize research and evidence-based practices to support clinical decision-making. \n

- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required \n

- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients as needed \n
Licensure & Certifications
\n- \n
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- BLS/CPR required within 30 days of hire \n
- CCMC required within 30 days of hire/transfer \n
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIH) required within 6 months \n
- ACLS and PALS required within 1 year of hire/transfer \n
- National nursing certification preferred \n
