Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license for Texas
  • Prior experience in school-based OT roles preferred
  • Familiarity with ESPED (IEP System) a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to supervise and collaborate with COTAs

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete evaluations and ongoing supervision across a small district
  • Work collaboratively with 2-3 certified occupational therapy assistants
  • Manage a consistent caseload (37.5 hours per week)
  • Track and submit weekly timelogs for approval
  • Deliver effective, compassionate support to students
  • Maintain compliance with all IEP, ESPED, and district documentation procedures
