Job Opportunity: Travel Physical Therapy Assistant

We are currently looking for a dedicated Travel Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team for an assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities

The primary role of the Physical Therapy Assistant involves:

  • Executing designated physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Administering treatments using modalities and exercises tailored to the medical needs of patients, following an approved treatment plan.
  • Recognizing and adhering to the limitations of the assistant role.
  • Contributing to the upkeep of the department by ensuring it remains organized and tidy.
  • Completing all necessary documentation, including daily notes and discharge information.
  • Providing care to a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Recent travel experience
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation and PTA experience
  • Certifications: Specific certifications are necessary for this role, although we will consider applicants who may not possess them or have active copies.
Shift Information
  • Shift Times: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Hours per Day: 10
