- Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to ensure exceptional care.

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support when necessary.
- Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrate the achievements and milestones reached by our patients.
- Valid RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification is preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
