Job Description
Our client is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will serve as a key resource for employees while assisting with onboarding, recruitment coordination, HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and general office support. Description Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain employee documentation. Support HR administrative processes and ensure accurate record keeping. Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Assist with recruiting coordination and talent acquisition activities. Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications. Act as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related support. Assist with front office operations including visitor management, office supplies, and general administrative responsibilities. Partner with management to help cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Profile Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). 1-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, office administration, or a related field. Experience within manufacturing, distribution, food production, or another industrial environment is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Positive, professional, and employee-focused approach. Eagerness to learn and grow within an HR career path.
