Position: Driver/Warehouse Worker
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: 1st plus OT as needed
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Driver/Warehouse Worker to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Deliver furniture and houseware items across the delivery area
- Follow specified routes and schedules
- Contact clients for delivery and pickup notifications
- Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness of trucks and vans, disposing of trash
- Ensure the security and condition of assigned tools
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage in transit
- Drop off housewares and furniture at designated locations on the same day of pickup
- Complete all required logs and documentation including work orders, inspection checklists, expense reports, and client acknowledgment forms
- Take photos of deliveries for record-keeping by next business day
- Follow DOT safety regulations and standards
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse and for hard/soft goods when not out on deliveries
- Perform vehicle maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- Valid delivery truck or similar driving experience preferred
- Ability to follow route plans and schedules accurately
- Basic knowledge of vehicle inspections and safety compliance
- Strong organizational skills for inventory and documentation
- Good communication skills with clients and team members
