Job Title: General Laborer / Machine OperatorJob Description:Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a dependable General Laborer / Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is interested in learning to operate CNC and manual machinery. Previous experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.Responsibilities: Assist with operating various CNC and manual machines Follow instructions after machinery has been set up by an experienced employee Accurately read and use a tape measure Stand at a machine for extended periods Lift and move materials as required Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all workplace safety and quality standards Complete additional general labor duties as assignedQualifications: Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting Dependable and able to arrive at work on time Reliable transportation required Appropriate clothing for an industrial work environment Ability to follow instructions and work safelyWork Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week MondayFriday Day Shift: 7:30 AM4:00 PMPay: $15.00$18.00 per hour based on experience and qualificationsWhy Work with Mancan?We offer our temporary employees full benefits, including: Paid Vacation Paid Holidays 401(k) Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceThis is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.
