- 4 day work week is an option \n
- No call, 100% outpatient \n
- Busy, fast paced traditional Family Medicine practice with care of all ages \n

- State of the art facilities with lab and imaging onsite \n
Requirements

- Masters prepared Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant \n
- Must have excellent customer service, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills \n
- Hard working, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care \n
- Consistent and consecutive employment or training history \n
- IN License or eligible \n
- Committed to lifelong learning and constructive feedback \n
