\nHartford HealthCare Medical Group (HHCMG) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Infectious Disease Physician to join our highly collaborative and growing Infectious Disease team at The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, Connecticut.
\nThis is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a statewide Infectious Disease program with more than 25 Infectious Disease specialists working together across Hartford HealthCare's integrated network. \nPosition Highlights

- Inpatient Infectious Disease consultations at The Hospital of Central Connecticut \n
- Outpatient practice with opportunities to care for HIV and Hepatitis C patients. \n
- Participate in Antimicrobial Stewardship initiatives. \n
- Collaborating with Infection Prevention, Hospital Epidemiology, and Quality teams \n
- Shared call coverage with experienced Infectious Disease colleagues \n
- No primary care responsibilities \n
- Dedicated Hospitalist program manages inpatient admissions. \n
- Opportunities to teach medical students, residents and fellows \n
- Academic appointments are available through Quinnipiac University and University of Connecticut \n
