Compensation &Benefits:

· Base salary $130,000 - $170,000 (depending onexperience)

· Up to $20,000 signing bonus

Plaza Del Amo Pet Clinic is a large, modern,AAHA-accredited hospital known for practicing a high level of medicine with awell-established, loyal clientele.

· 5 exam rooms – 4 of which are spacious, fullysupplied, and feature double doors and sinks; a dedicated 5th room used foracupuncture and end-of-life care

· Treatment area with full surgical suite – 2 wettables, 2 regular tables, and 2 surgery tables

· Full in-house laboratory

· Advanced ultrasound imaging

· Therapeutic cold laser

· Large boarding facility accommodating up to 60dogs with a dedicated cat boarding area overlooking the lobby – includes afully staffed boarding team!

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking either a new graduate, or anexperienced veterinarian who is confident, skilled, and ready to step into afast-paced, well-equipped environment. Ideal candidates will have:

· Experienced DVMs: We're looking for a seasonedveterinarian with 5+ years of experience who is confident navigating complexcases – strong surgical and dental skills are a plus, though we're committed tosupporting and mentoring our team to help expand their skills and confidence inthese areas. Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who is generouswith their knowledge - a natural mentor who enjoys lifting up the team aroundthem.

· New Graduates: If you're a new grad withan eagerness to learn, a warm and outgoing personality, and a genuine passionfor connecting with clients and colleagues alike, we want to hear from you.Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset are a must - the rest,we'll help you build.
