- Oversee clinic management, from front office operations to clinical activities.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) or objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and staff retention.
- Review patient medical histories.
- Diagnose patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns.
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Establish clear goals for patients and outline expected outcomes.
- Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about the recovery process related to physical therapy.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York.
- Preferred: Proven leadership experience in a clinical environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems, specifically Rain Tree.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required; fluency in both languages is essential for this position.

Salary ranges from $124,800 to $135,200, including productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits encompass generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
