School Psychologist | Sterling Heights, MI | Full-Time Contract | 2026-2027 School Year

A school district in the Sterling Heights area is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time contract opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This position primarily supports elementary students and offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative special education team.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time

  • 37.5 Hours Per Week

  • Monday-Friday

Contract Dates:

  • August 25, 2026 – June 18, 2027

Caseload:

  • Elementary

  • Approximately 50-60 students, with the potential for a higher caseload

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations

  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff

  • Support students through assessment and consultation

  • Complete required reports and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Michigan School Psychologist certification required

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
