A school district in the Sterling Heights area is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time contract opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This position primarily supports elementary students and offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative special education team.
Schedule:
Full-Time
37.5 Hours Per Week
Monday-Friday
Contract Dates:
August 25, 2026 – June 18, 2027
Caseload:
Elementary
Approximately 50-60 students, with the potential for a higher caseload
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations
Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
Support students through assessment and consultation
Complete required reports and documentation
Qualifications:
Michigan School Psychologist certification required
School-based experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
