We are actively hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support students across a K-12 school district in Nashua, NH for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. With only two openings available, qualified candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

What You'll Do
As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments, evaluations, and direct services to students across K-12 grade levels.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with students' educational goals and IEPs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
- Recommend and support adaptive equipment, classroom accommodations, and assistive technology.
- Help students improve fine motor, sensory, self-regulation, and functional skills needed for school success.
- Support students utilizing AAC devices when appropriate.
- Travel between multiple school sites within the district as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Hampshire OT License or ability to obtain licensure before the start date.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- School-based experience.
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
- Familiarity with IEP development and special education services.
- Experience supporting students with AAC devices and diverse learning needs.
