Make an immediate impact this school year as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) working on-site with students in a supportive, collaborative environment. Multiple opportunities are available at preschool, middle school, and elementary levels, all within vibrant educational settings. These contract roles (35 hours per week) run during the fall 2026 semester, with start and end dates ranging from August through late November.

You will be a key part of fostering communication development and supporting students’ academic and social growth. Engage with multidisciplinary teams to create enriching learning experiences and impact young lives.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Active and current SLP-CCC license in Connecticut
  • Previous experience in school-based settings
  • Knowledge of best practices for speech-language intervention in PreK through Middle School populations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, parents, and allied professionals
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs and learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver direct therapy services for students identified with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate with instructional staff and families to support student goals
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and support compliance with all school and district procedures
  • Provide guidance to educators on classroom strategies for communication support
